My husband's birthday is Oct 23rd and he too is a pure Libra, regardless of some of the horoscopes that has that day as a Scorpio.

All my closest friends are Libra's. And it just happened. I did not ask their birth day before they became my friends. My closest and best friend of 30 years is a Libra, so is my dear mother. Go figure!
