I used to know someone with one. Wasn't the brightest of his litter. He tried to poke his nose into a wasp nest under the table. We pulled him away but then he tried to sniff the wasps flying around.  Soon after we saw him dragging his nose on the ground.

I just saw a feature on nightline.  If one of his daughters has dog allergies and they want a puppy, then maybe a "hypo allergenic" breed would do. Maybe a poodle like breed or one of those hairless dongs would be good.
