Is it just me, or have they quit singing the ole Xmas carols on TV, also has anyone seen any of the ole Xmas show like White Xmas Or Mircl on 34th ST   jo

White Christmas came on the AMC channel a few weeks ago. i haven't seen a wonderful life yet..but i have that on dvd. I haven't  seen Rudolph this year...

Ha Ha Ha yes it is Christmas week you'd think so, I liked that cute movie ,I like the oldies ,especially the Christmas Ones ......I think I have seen every single Scrooge,Christmas Carol .movie . Hey    Merry Christmas everyone ......

I just saw, "It's a Wonderful Life" last week.
But, I'm feel like I'm in the mood to watch, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" ... :)

Oh sorry I have cable here so didnt realise , hey 34thst was on again today at 4pm here it was on the channel I must not mention .LOL, I bet you get a lot of channels on Satellite , if they have an oldies channel take a look there ... Tell you what Jo if you have a Wallmart near you they have a lot of the old movies on DVDs very cheap, take a look.

we live in the country and have a satilite and they do not have tv guides for it you just have to guess whuch channel you want great huh thanks for info on xmas  jo

As I previously said jo in my former post, I did watch a Carol concert on a certain, channel on Cable TV....it was a Gospel Choir singing  Carols, really beautiful also I saw Its a Wonderful life' and Miracle on 34th street also a Christmas Carol./Scrooge on cable aswell...so check out the menu each day there are some goodies out there .

I told Jo I had seen Miracle on 34th st and told her about a carol concert, what happened to freedom of speech can we not put anything about Christmas up here ? I ahve put in a query about this as I really do not understand whats happening here. Did someone report it ..why ?

Yes I have seem Miracle on 34th st it was on yesterday, its on cable though ,also 2 versions of a Christmas Carol ....and Glen Beck had some wonderful Christmas carols and songs on yesterday in the Fox Channel , you wont get much on the media local channels as they seem to be left wing and use happy Holidays etc ,, no religion in schools etc stuff but there is plenty on cable ...I saw Its a Wonderful life last week check out the TCM and the oldies ...

I haven't seen those on yet, i did see most of the cartoon ones, like frosty and rudolf. But that's it. I haven't even seen it's a wonderful life yet which is strange. And haven't heard any christmas carols on the tv either. I found a christmas music station though, lots of them on the radio but no tv carols :(
