how to treat my medullary sponge kidney

I was diagnosed with MSK approx. 15 years ago.  The rate of passing stones has increased greatly over the past 5-6 years.  I am taking detrol, celexa, hctz, and fenofibrate.  I drink 1-2 cans of diet coke/day and drink approx. 4-8oz. glasses of crystal light lemonade/day.  I have not been following a special diet.  I am asking if I should be taking Detrol, drinking crystal light and if I should be on a special diet.  I am aware that I have approx. 10-12 stones in both kidneys.  How do I stop new stones from forming?  I am 46 1/2 years old and along with my husband, I am tired of cystos, running to the ER late at night, stents and pain medicine.
thank you

I am sorry it go knocked off line and I did not answer...

Treating MSK depends on your specific needs.  Has your doctor done
several 24 hour urines to find any metabolic issues?

Do you have pain even when there is no stone in the ureter and no infection shows on standard UA test?

There are many very helpful articles in the health pages and you can also pm
me directly for info and pdf articles etc. once I know exactly what your needs are!
