Can i be going thru menopause due to my Mirena IUD?

Ok ppl, i have the mirena iud. Its for 5 yrs, ive had mine in for 10 yrs (i dont have alot of to money to get it removed) and lately i have been experiencing some signs of menopause. Nite sweats, crazy mood swings, hot flashes, extremely dry skin (dryer than normal) major headaches, and bouts of depression. Im 31, have 3 kids (dont want anymore) and ive discussed this with a few of my friends and tho they are not drs, they believe that since ive had my iud so long, going 10 yrs without a period and my symptoms lately have gotten worse, that i might have inadvertently thru myself into early menopause. NEED ADVISE!!! Sincerely, Ms. Hotandbothered!
