Day 3 FSH question

hi I am 36 and my day 3 FSH tested at 8.5.  what does this mean?  is this perimenopause?  will it be difficult to get pregnant?   I posted before because I was having hormonal imbalance symptoms and an irregular period.   could this make FSH go up if my body's out of balance. thank you.

I forgot to mention: when I posted before my FSH had been tested at 4.3 but that was on day 14 - so I guess it didn't mean anything.  anyhow that test was in september and this new one was in november.
