Dried up and slammed shut?

I have not had a period in 6 yrs. Tried to have sex for the first time in 5 yrs and everything was too tight! Tearing, bleeding etc.... really? do you dry up and slam shut literally after lack of use? How do I get things back to use??

Yep it certainly happens.But like mapleleaf says there are remedies..go see your Doc

That is called vaginal atrophy and it is caused by lack of estrogen. There are vaginal remedies for this which work very well. Ask your doctor.
