Hot Flashes

I've had Hot Flashes now for more than 15 years, at one time I was taking a very low dose of prempro, however after discovering that my mother had Breast Cancer I stopped taking this medicine. I really have a difficult time sleeping at night... Cover On and Off all night, switching from the one end of the bed to the other. I don't have high blood preasure, but I do have problems with my kidneys (Kidney Stones).  I also take prelosec everyday due to some sort of acid that can cause ulcers.  Should I ask my Doctor about Nuerotin for Hot Flashes; Do you think I'm a good fit for this Medication?
