Is dizziness and nausea a symptom of menopause? I seem to experience this a few days before my period , I  have to stay in bed maybe an entire day before it passes. What can I do?

It could very well be a hormonal imbalance.  Please have your doctor order a complete blood test for your hormones (FSH, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, LH)  Good luck.

Talk to your OBGYN, the changes in your hormone levels may cause this.  Taking a low dose HRT or birth control before your symptoms start may help
