Perimenopause and Hyperemesis Gravidarum

I am surprised at the range of perimenopause symptoms I am experiencing.  My mother, aunt and grandmother all had hyperemesis gravidarum.  Unlike them I have never had children.   Is there any relationship between my perimenopause symtoms and hyperemesis gravidarum?

I'm 43 and my husband has had a vasectomy. I did not have a period this past month. I have been getting minor cramps like I am about to start but nothing. I am really bloated and very tired and a bit more emotional lately. I'm hoping for perimenopause.

You mean morning sickness, right?  Yes, I am 51, perimenopausal, and have had this for just about a year.  Somedays, it lasts all day.
