Period for 3 Weeks,Is this Menopause

I have had my period for a little over 3 weeks now.  Not sure if this is menopause or what?  Or if this is a side effect from having really bad anxiety?  I am feeling better with my anxiety, it's still there but my period has been here for 3 consecutive weeks.  Could my anxiety be caused by this? Or is this something that my anxiety caused?  Oh I forgot to mention that I'm 39 and have had 3 children and my tubes were tied 8 years ago.

you are a bit early to be starting menopause. it could very well be an anxiety issue. when you have prolonged anxiety it can really mess with your body's normal chemical functions and throw you all out of whack.
