Post Menopause Bleeding Missing Ovary

I am 54 haven't had a period in 18 months. Sunday started to spot Monday/Tuesday light bleeding.Yesterday had pap smear/ultra-sound/unterine bisopy.Last bisopy was done 2004 after 1 year of no peroid.Everything was normal.Right ovary small cyst left ovary couldn't be found.Doctor now want's another ultra-sound done by radiologist.Had some cramps on & off before starting and low back pain.He thinks all this was is a tear in the lining of unterine wall but needs to be sure. I am not so sure and worried. Why wouldn't he be able to find left ovary? What is hiding it?I noticed on RX to radiologist that he states mass on left ovary.Maybe thats for insurance reasons? He said he didn't think I would need surgery but all this still needs to be done along with CAT SCAN if they still do not see ovary.I can't belive this is happening after all this time.My last ultra-sound 10 years aago only showed a few fibroids.Right now I have so much stress in my life I don't need this. Anyone with information on this or experience with this please please reply asap.I must admit he didn't seem to concerned but then it's not him it's me. Right now I couldn't possible have surgery would I be able to put it off for a few months?Right now bleeding has stopped and its like nothing ever happened.I have no bloating or other other issue's.I don't know what to think and can't seem to find much info on missing's ovary's.
Thanks in advance for any input.

As you can see from my post of last week I am having problems. The good news is the radiologist did fine my left ovary yesterday after I liefted my hips up. All she would tell me is if anything was seriously wrong we would call your doctor and not let you leave until you spoke with him, And we aren't doing that. But for the past week I still have light cramps, gas which is hard to pass and some low back pain. Yesterday it was intense.
What should i make of all of this?
Thanks so much for your help
