Vagina discharge-particles

I am 52 and post menopausal for about 2 years.  I have noticed black particles (like coffee grounds) on my underwear or on the toilet paper when I go to the bathroom.  Do you know what this could be?

want to ask M.d, -MS a question.  I am 46,  since october O5, my periods have been irregular, heavy in Oct, missed in Nov. 2 table spoons in Dec, missed january, flooded in february. and the cycle goes on.  am I heading into Menopause. no hot flashes yet, mood swings noticable.  Last pap was good, blood work done, overall good.
