amberen or menersa?
Has anyone tried either of these? I keep hearing ads about the Amberen and have been reading about Menersa as well. If anybody has any info on either of these, I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
I am 45 yrs of age and going through the menopause stage. I am experiencing hot flashes from last month. One of my friend suggested me to use Menersa as she has noticed good results by using this pill.

My aunt used menersa for their menopause symptoms. She wants the supplement which gives relief from most of the symptoms and want natural supplement. As menersa is quite helpful for her. She was very happy with the result. Even she heard about Amberen but after reading the reviews she was not satisfied with the user views.

My mother began to use Menersa 10 days back, as she started experiencing the symptoms of menopause. Now a day, most of the time she found to suffer with hot flashes and mood swings and she also gain some weight as well. We heard about this product on internet, we saw some positive reviews from their users as well. So, we order this product with lot of expectation, not a good time to judge this product as she just started, but of course she looks more relax and calm than before, now we are hoping for some best treatment from Menersa.
I purchased Amberen. I had only read glowing reports and my experiences were horrible with the product. I did not sleep at all, my anxiety level rose and only when I stopped the product did I get any relief from these increased reactions. I had chosen the free trial but when I started to have problems the company suggested that I double my dosage and it was pure hell. Because I doubled my dosage, I no longer qualified for the free trial and now had to pay for a product that not only did not work for me but actually made my symptoms worse. I have since found out that I am estrogen dominant and that perhaps is the problem. I am currently on bio-identicals and all of my menopause symptoms are gone.
