menopause
Question about menopause. A few months back i have had irregular periods, but the end of april it was very bad. (bleeding, cramping,etc). Now I haven't had one since then. Also, hot flashes - heat comes on quick then I feel chilled. Doesn't last long at all. At night, I have to sleep with the fan on and ac. and have mood swings. My mother went thru this in her early 30's, I will be 31 in sept.
I am 36 and had a irregular period since Feb. I had all the test done to see if anything abnormal was going on and all came back normal. My OB said it could be that I am heading into an early menopause. I to have also been moody and hot sleeping with a fan on and turning the AC down at night. Still I would get checked out by your OB just to have a peace of mind.
