still having a period at 49 is this normal

some people say that i am to old to still have a period i am just 49 and will be 50 in a couple of days so what should i think?

from what I've read, you take your age when you first started having periods, add 40, and that will be your approximate age to start menopause.  Mine worked out perfectly.  I started my periods at age 12 and started menopause at age 52.

It is absolutely normal. I'm 49 and still having periods. Many woman have periods into their 50s. Totally normal.

Hello Dear,
Yes this is normal. Some women is having periods till late. Don't worry dear. Take proper diet food and add lots of vitamins to it. Do regular exercise. Live healthy lifestyle.
