Could anyone help identify what this bump is?

Since all the STD forums are no longer taking questions, I'll post here. I had sex with my girlfriend (of two years) exactly one week ago. After receiving oral and a minute of unprotected sex, I put on a condom and finished some time later. Upon clean up, I noticed a small red crater shaped bump on the head of my penis. I've washed it softly throughout the week, but there seems to be no sign of improvement. Also, I have a picture but I don't know how to post it, help please?
