need help with penis infection..

So, I have this white layer of thing on my penis head, its there for few years like more than 5 never bothered. I pee regularly, no smell, etc.. but my girl says it looks infected and saya she will not touch it... please help is this a infection ? you can find the pic here... > https://ibb.co/J3Ftwg7

That's too bad.  What about balanitis?  That's a pretty common issue.  Hygiene can be a factor and it can happen to anyone.  It can happen even from not rinsing your penis very well after using soap. https://www.healthline.com/health/balanitis#treatment  You could try an antifungal cream on it, something like hydrocortisone.  I'd try a small area first to make sure you don't have a reaction to it.  If that doesn't do the trick, a doc can look at it in person and give you a quick diagnosis for sure.
