After effects of using Cocaine

I have a concern that I’m trying to untangle.

I’m 31 and I have heavily used cocaine partying very regularly over the full last month. I’m done with vacation and returned to my full normal schedule and work now. I and my wife figured that my penis size has noticeably shrinked after the usage. This usage my first time ever.

My concern is how to take care of my penis to make it return to nomal size and appearance.

Well, cocaine can be a vasoconstrictor and erections basically involve blood flow. So, there is actually science to affecting your penis and genital health. Cocaine is a nasty drug. Yes, it can affect your penis health permanently. I don't know if one month of heavy use would do this. But if I were you, I'd just say no to that activity. Get back to life and see if things return to normal. The truth is, the damage to blood vessels from excessive vasoconstriction can be permanent. One month doesn't sound like it would have this effect so let's hope this resolves. Wait and see is about all you can do and stay away from cocaine or any type of speed.
