Hello everybody, i need some help. I last two weeks ago i have some changes on glans. Can somebody tell me what's about?

So you definitely need to see a doctor about that. It could be eczema, balanitis, a fungal infection, or a variety of other things. The doctor may need to take a sample of it to determine for sure what it is.
It doesn't look like an STD, though, if that's your concern. Just go get it checked out and let us know what happens.
