Are pinholes after pilonidal cyst drainage common?

Two and a half years ago, I have had pilonidal cyst incision and got it drained (not removed). It all went smoothly and after about two weeks of check-ups from surgeon, I was declared ok. Now, about a month ago, I have noticed small pinholes (4-5) in that area with no puss or blood or anything. I have not have any problems with that since the drainage so it got mea but worried if it is normal. Should I go see the doctor or just leave it like it is? Thank you.
