Arm Pain

what can a person do that has pain in his arms from his neck to his shoulder to his elbow to his wrist? both the muscle and the bone/joints

Hi,
    One should suspect cervical spondylitis and consult a doctor for appropriate exercises and treatment.

cervical if it's a woman, as you can tell I'm not familiar with this, I will check it out and tell him (he is a male)... so I'll just check spondylitis.
