Arm pit lump, inverted nipple & breast lump

I have a rather large lump in arm pit (bottom) is painful to touch that I have had for 7 mo., inverted nipple for 1 mo. and breast lumps for approx. a year.   I suppose I ignored the breast lump (the initial one) because I had to be laying on my side to feel it. Since, I have a second lump in the breast below my nipple as well. It took me having the lump under me arm pit to really worry me. Has any one else had this and it wasn't something to be concerned about it.
