Me and my girl have been tested for STDs multiple times and everything came back negative however me and my girlfriend have been experiencing bubbling stomachs and diarrhea on a daily basis, not only that we have also had muscle aches like we have been working out.I have also had pain at the top of my penis and urethra. This morning a wake up to go urinate and I discover a white colored discharge coming from my penis I am really concerned and hope I can get answers
