Bladders under glans of the penis
Hello. At the beginning I want to apologize for my bad medical English.
About 2 months ago under the glans of my penis there appeared two blood-filled bladders (or bumps, or papules... I don't know which word should I use to describe them...) that seem to be located on two small veins running there. They become visible only after erection and it looks like the blood was gathering there like it couldn't make a clear way through the veins, like something was blocking its flow. At least that's how it appears to me... The bladders aren't visible when penis is flaccid, but in either state they are perceptible under the skin. It looks like that:

I am 100% positive that I've never had this things before, and to be honest they appeared after a long period of everyday and pretty intense masturbation...
I am very dissatisfied with those things since they look so terrible and I want to get rid of them but don't know what they are and how to treat them. Doctor I've been to didn't really care about my problem and said nothing's wrong but I'm pretty sure this isn't normal.
If anyone has ever come across something like that I'd be grateful for your help.

I think these are just from friction and will resolve in time. do not mess with them
