Blood in ejaculate

Eight days ago underwent a non-urological surgery, but I had a catheter put in during the surgery.  Due to lack of urine production, they replaced the catheter and left it in for 48 hours.

Initially, my urine was blood tinged, but it has cleared up.  However, I ejaculated for the first time today since the surgery and there was a pink hue to it.  Afterwards, I urinated and it was clear.

Is this something that is likely to go away with time?  Or, do I need to get medical help immediately?

Hi RF, Yes it should just go away, it was probably the catheter just stuck to the skin on the inside of your urethra, just give it a bit more, it will pass.
Good Luck
