Body hair problem men

Hi so I am an asian male 21 years old, vietnamese and chinese, oddly my parents don't have much body hair on them, yet I have body hair everywhere(it's on like all parts of my skin) like on my chest, back(not as much but theres but its there) stomach area, legs, butt, recently growing on groin and also I have started to grow more darker facial hair on my chin area and mustache. Note that I have been growing some body hair since grade 6 but it's nothing nearly as bad as now, to be honest I thought I stopped growing body hair during high school since nothing much changed aside from growing physically bigger. I am also suffering from adrenal fatigue or chronic fatigue, which came with blood sugar levels problems at times sometimes and a bit of digestive problems and I am always stressed out or worrying about stuff, along with sleep issues with anxiety and depression for about almost 2 years and that's when I noticed the hair growing longer and denser, is there any correlation to this? Please is there any way this can stop? It's affecting me a lot.

We're all different and some women find hair sexy.  Don't worry too much.  And the thing that happens with waxing is it starts to make hair growth less so--- the hair becomes finer and less in general.  So, it might be a win win.  But overall, I'm sure it's gonna hurt and that stinks.

No, I would not suspect a correlation of hair growth to these things. Hair growth like you describe is usually a result of genetics although your parents don't seem to be genetically inclined for lots of body hair growth.  The other common cause is hormones, testosterone to be specific.  It kind of is what it is.  I have one son that calls himself a werewolf.  His brother is not hairy.  So, there is hair removal.  :>)  Probably painful but in areas that bug you like back, chest, etc. fingers toes, you can get waxing done.  OUch.  Or the hair removal product where you wash it on and rinse the hair off.  (like Nair, if they have that where you are).  Let me know what you think

I have thought of waxing and hair removals but hairs are going to grow back, this is saddening, non of my family members or cousins have this problem. I'm excessively hairy for my ethnicity :(.
