Brain clicks when i turn my head

Every time i turn my head  it feels like my brain clicks!! why?

when i turn my head in a small motion like a centimeter i feel this clicking feeling in my brain. its not in my ears though. i cant describe it that well. but its driving me insane and i've had it for over a year now.

Please be more specific. How far do you turn your head in which directions? Is there a physical clicking sensation? From one spot, a region, all over? Do your ears pick up a clicking sound?
