Do I have Per

Hey. I'm 15 years old and ever since I can remember I've had hundreds of tiny skin colored bumps travelling along the base of my penis until rougly a centimetre underneath my Glans. I visited the doctor, and he immediately said that they were Pearly Penile Papules, because he's seen them so much. I've done a lot of research, and have mostly heard of men getting them around the head of the penis, so I'm wondering if they are Pearly Penile Papules, or something else. My scrotum is often extremely itchy, which the doctor believes is completely unrelated. (I'm a virgin by the way) The Papules are rather tiny, skin colored, and are organized into several rows, with about 15-20 in each row. Can someone give me a second opinion and some tips on how they can be removed without surgery? Thanks for your help

Fordyce's Spots are on the outside of the skin, not the inside.  I'm 99% sure that's what you got.  Nothing to worry about.

I thought that Pearly Penile Papules, like you said, are around the base of the glans penis.  I think he might have meant "Fordyce's Spots"; that sounds like what you describe.  Don't worry about it, they are normal; I've got 'em too...  No reason to get them removed.
