Burning feeling

Hi I am 18 and uncircumcised.About last week on Friday I was drying my self after a shower when I realized a burning sensation around my foreskin and a small part of my tip. I've tried searching up what it might be and all I find are posts talking about a burning sensation when they urinate. The problem is I don't feel a burning sensation when I urinate so I'm not sure what it could be. Also yesterday I tried to masturbate because my penis is fine asking as I don't touch it on where it's burning but about half way through I started bleeding but it was really cloudy and it looked more like liquid then blood. I hope someone can help because I have absolutely no idea what's going on
