I masturbated with a half erection and the semen got backed up what should i do

Ok so earlier today i masturbated and when i was almost done i started losing my erection but i kept going with half an erection.
When i ejaculated some of the sperm got backed up into my pee stream and i felt it going back. I then felt an extreme burning sensation down my testicles probably in my prostates i am not sure followed by nausea, the need to throw up and i a slight faint.
After that my body started tingling and the i felt fatigue in my legs. The area below my belt still hurts but very slightly. Ofcourse i googles the symptoms and i read about retrograde and dry ejaculation but I don't think that's my problem bcuz one of retrograde's symptoms is cloudy urine which i didn't have after peeing (although it did hurt when i peed) and they didn't say anything about the burning sensation and nausea.
Can this affect my fertility or cause any other forms of permanent damage. Also can i deal with this without having to go to a doctor for personal reasons

So my first thought is to give your body a few days to just reset. Don't masturbate or have sex, and then see how you feel.

Drink plenty of water (don't overdo this, just make sure you're hydrated).

If it's a one time thing, you don't need to go to the doctor. If it happens again, you may need to. You won't know until you see how you feel in a few days. Don't panic - it may be just fine.
