I pee pretty frequently but I think it’s all in my head.

What I mean by “all in my head” is that I never have to wake up in the middle of the night to pee, or if I’m busy/distracted I never feel like I need to pee. I definitely feel the need to pee when the thought pops into my head and I do pee a little once I get to the bathroom. Usually when some thought such as “wow im pretty far from a bathroom”, “I’m going to be gone a while, better pee now”, “I just drank two bottles of water”, etc. It’s o to when I get the actual thought of it, then the urge to pee follows. It can be literally a couple minutes apart, but like I said, if I’m distracted, it can be hours. Such as sleeping 8+ hours and be fine. Something to be concerned about? Anything I can do?

This doesn't sound like anything to be concerned about.  If you were excessively thirsty + excessively urinating, that can be a sign of diabetes.  But, that would be all the time - you'd be waking up a few times a night, no matter what.  If you were experiencing burning and urgency (like, I have to get to a bathroom right this second) many times per day, that's a sign of possible infection.  But again, it wouldn't come and go, and you wouldn't have any control over it, conscious or not.

A lot of people have "gotta go" triggers, and thinking about it just happens to be yours.  For me, it's water coming out of a faucet or shower head.  As soon as I turn on the shower to warm it up, I have to go.  If I start refilling my dog's water bowl in the kitchen, I have to go.  I'm not sure there's anything you can do about it, but absent other symptoms, it doesn't sound like a physical concern.
