Concerned

Hi I'm a 46 yr old healthy male who noticed a small bump under my right arm pit a week ago. This is the 1st time I've ever noticed this in my life. A friend told me its probably just a boil but today I noticed a 2nd small bump under the same armpit near the 1st one. I feel very concerned. What do u think?
