Could this be reactive arthritis or something else?

I'm a 39yo uncircumcised male and I've noticed a small red painless annular lesion on the rim around the glans of my penis from time to time. I noticed one first 3 years ago, tested negative for all STI's. I now have noticed it again for the 3rd time since mid December. In December got it looked at and swabbed by a GP, again negative for STI test, the Dr wasn't sure what it was but since it wasn't painful or bothering me to just keep it clean and moisturise, it resolved in about 3 weeks. Mid March same thing in a similar spot, went to another GP, all STI tests came back negative and GP once again was unsure what it was. Used a hydrocortisone cream and maybe it resolved just slightly faster, around 3 weeks. I've noticed it again the other day in a slightly different spot and now getting fairly annoyed with not knowing where this is coming from. When you look at it straight on it looks like a slightly red spot but when looked at an angle with the light glaring off it you can see a round border. It also seems to look different throughout the day. Zero pain or itch, if I didn't see it I would never know its there.

I'll likely go see a Dermatologist if it doesn't resolve in week or so, but wanted to see if this appeared to be something obvious to an expert. I try to keep my genitals clean but was wondering if this might be caused by exposure to moisture (I get some post peeing dribble) or possibly using saliva during masturbation. From the extensive googling over the past 6 months it seems to align most with Reactive Arthritis since I have had Chlamydia in the past.

Can't seem to see where to attach a pic unfortunately, but the image of the penis on this page has some around the rim of the glans that look very similar, although mine is just one. https://www.jaadcasereports.org/article/S2352-5126(18)30096-1/pdf

Thanks for any help :)

Well, I suppose it could be, but with just one sore, it's not nearly as likely to be.

You've been googling, so you may have seen this already -

There are loads of causes of annular lesions on the penis. One of the more common ones we see here are angiokeratomas. That doesn't mean that's what you have, and only a doctor can diagnose you, but I'd definitely suggest seeing a derm.

Reactive arthritis has a lot of other symptoms which you don't mention - https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/reactive-arthritis/symptoms-causes/syc-20354838

Make an appt with the derm. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the insights :) While certainly possible as I'm not a medical professional, it doesn't seem to be consistent with anything resembling an angiokeratoma.

I'll see if I can get into see someone and will advise what the outcome is. Thanks again!
Let us know what the derm says!
