Cushing's syndrome

i am a male with cushing syndrome. will this become hereditary if i plan to have a child and if so will it affect his/her growth and development?

it depends on how you developed it.  If it was caused by taking a drug like a steroid then no.


familiar Cusing syndrome is a mutation of the protein kinase A of chromosome 17.

The best way to answer this is has anyone in your family had this before?  If yes, then it is totally possible for your offspring to have it.
