Do I have a UTI?

I’m a 17 y/o m
Sometime between March 25th-June 1st I had vaginal sex with a female. We had unprotected sex for 1-2 mins then I put on a condom and we continued until I ejaculated [inside the condom]. Since then, I have been experiencing a burning sensation during urination, clear or sometimes white discharge, slight pain when squeezing my penis head and the bottom of my penis [towards the pelvis], slight itching sensation (inner penis). These are the symptoms I’ve been experiencing about a week after the event took place up until now. My guess is that I have a UTI due to not peeing after I ejaculated then going to sleep for the night. I have not seen blood in my urine, I haven’t got a cold/fever, I haven’t got any bumps anywhere, but today during ejaculation due to masturbation I saw small white clumps in my semen which was a first but I heard was common. Anyways, I’ve had sex before with the same female before (towards the end of October of last year which was actually the last time I had sex before this incident) and I was perfectly fine, no symptoms of anything. She informed me that she doesn’t have any diseases as of now and to her knowledge is completely clean. What could this be?

I don't think that you get UTI's from not urinating after ejaculation.  That's an old myth and makes no real sense.  If you have burning upon urination, penis discharge, etc. then go to the doctor. A simple urine sample will determine if there is bacteria in it.  Antibiotics clear it up.  Otherwise, they can check the discharge.  This sounds like it will be easy to treat and not anything to get anxious about. Just go see your doctor and all should be fine.
