Do I have a fractured penis?

About 3 weeks ago I attempted to put my penis inside my gfs vagina after putting a condom on and by that time it wasnt fully erect. I attempted to put it in anyways and heard a few loud popping sounds. Immediately I lost the erection. I tried again the next day and same thing, popping sound and loss of erection. Then I waited 3 days and attempted again but to get the same result, popping sound, loss of erection and pain.

The problem is, I had to wait two weeks until my insurance was active, and of course when I went in I had to say it happened that day and not 2 weeks ago.

I finally did an MRI yesterday, and by this point Its been 3 weeks since the incident happened. I haven't attempted to have any form of sex since, but it's impossible to get a full erection now. Whenever I get an erection I have pain, even being on strong opiod painkillers the Dr gave me.

The MRI came back normal. They didn't find any hematoma or contrusions. I'm thinking maybe because I waited so long, that it has healed over but now is not functioning properly.

I don't know what to do, because the pain is so strong afternoon urinate or get an erection for example. I also noticed right after about a week long I was still having full erection but noticed partial bruising by the bad not major, but the base of the shaft was not getting as big as normal.

Now, it gets hard but never fully. For example if I attempted to have sex it will most likely happen again because although it looks hard I can wobble it around by shaking the Bas of my penis and it's obviously soft in certain areas.

I'm so scared I will have these symptoms for the rest of my life, please if anyone knows anything extend your advice. I don't think they will operate on me if the MRI looks normal. And I can't tell them it's been 3 weeks, that think it's only been one week and that I will get better after time which hasn't been the case.
