Does masterbation interfeir with Puperty or growth?

Ok, so im 13, almost 14. I started masterbating in about January of last year. I hated myself everytime i did it, but i could never stop. Im younger than all of my friends, and so in the 8th grade i was always the short one. During the summer was when i had my growth spurt. It was also during the summer that i started masterbating excessively, about once everyday. Now that im in highschool, im one of the tallest freshmen. Im 5'8, yet im still only 94 pounds. Ive learned to sort of control my masterbation, as i only do it every few days. Everytime i do it, i get paronoid and wonder "Is this my maximum height?" Every time i masterbate, i spend hours reserching if itll affect my growth. My brother, who is 15, is 6'1, and im afraid ill never reach that height. Enough rambling, i have 2 final questions:1. Does masterbation stunt growth or interfeior with puperty in any way, and 2.Do you have any tips on how go STOP.
Thanks!

No, masturbation does not stunt growth nor interfere with puberty.  Of course, doing anything excessively can lead to issues.  As you mature, you also need to practice self-control and discipline.  Only you can control your masturbation, whether you stop completely or just do it in moderation.
