Dry penis skin, itchiness, redness and soreness.

Hello everyone,

I'am concerned about my penis health right now, I've been encountering red, sore , itchy skin on my penis (shaft, especially foreskin) Sometimes, after masturbation or sexual intercourse everything gets worse red rash on penis glans, peeling skin off my penis head. I've tried treating it with antifungal cream lomexin for a week now twice a day but it seems that it's not helping. Also, I tried applying hydrocortisone cream and it helps a little bit with itching but not for long. Maybe It's balanitis caused  by some bacteria? Maybe you could suggest some medication that would help with my condition? I've been experiencing itchiness and dryness for a while now. After scratching the skin becomes red and painful and then flakes off.. I dont think it's STD because I never had a partner for a one night stand and usually wear a condom.

Any help appreciated!!!

Thomas

I had a few bumps on one side of my sac, very dry and itchy. I used rubbing alcohol and lotion. Went away within hrs.
