Early ejaculation, too long to get ready for second session

Hi experts, 2/3 years before, I think i was having normal sex life, Sometimes i used to ejaculate fast during fore play and sometimes last longer and after sometimes i used to be ready for second sessions, and it was al right.

But now, after almost 1 years of sex gap, I i had sex with my recent partner, i *** faster during foreplay, i thought its because i am having aftrer long time, and later i also took long time for second session, so in this 3/4 months, i tried sex every once in a week, but my performance hasnt been increased.
I was a bit worried.

Now, i am in a serious relationship, i have started having sexual relations with my gf. But
1.i am ejaculating very fast in first time, its been 4/5 times we are having sex, but i am cumming so early, i am having good erection during foreplay, foreplay is good, but as i start sex, i am cumminh so fast.

2. And i am taking ti much time to get ready for second session, sometimes i feel like i dont have a sex for next two hours, and last time, i get erected again buy couldnt last long.

3 my gf is not satisfied, i am too not satisfied, i wanna sex but early ejaculation and delayed for second round.

I am really wooried now, it used yo happened 2/3 years ago, but not fhis much.

This time, i have had 5/6 times sex, but same issues. So worried.

Any genuine suggestions, please
