Feeling needles in groin area and burning while urinating

Hi everyone,
Six days after having sex with a girl, I started feeling needles in my groin but no rash and felt burning while urinating. 30 days after sex I decided to get checked for STDs with blood and urine tests even though I couldn't see any rash or any other signs in my groin area.

STD test results:
HSV-1 & 2: Negative
HIV-1& 2: Negative
Chlamydia, Gonorrohea and Syphillis: Negative
Hep A, B, C: Negative

Urinalysis: Normal (no Leukocytes or Nitrites seen) but no microscope study done
CBC test: Everything normal except slightly lower creatinine serum levels.

The burning and needles feeling in the groin comes and goes. Sometimes it's not there and then it's full blown there the next day. Same thing with burning while urinating, it comes and goes, sometimes it's not there and then it's there again.

I've been applying some over the counter Tinactin anti-fungal cream on my groin and penis thinking if that will alleviate symptoms if this is fungus?

Not sure what this is, somebody help!!

Have you tried cranberry juice. It is good at clearing up the urinary tract. It should be something with a high percentage of cranberry juice.

Have not tried cranberry juice. Got Urinalysis done which came back negative. I then bought some at home UTI testing strips. With testing at home, one of the strips came back positive for trace leukocyctes, slight pink dots on the test strip.

Will do Urinalysis again, this time with urine straight after waking up.
