Freckles on penis
Last night I noticed some spots on my husband's penis. They look like freckles one the base and one looks like a mole/skin tag on the shaft. They are new, I've been with him five years and I am positive they have never been there before. Should we be concerned or is this normal?
I have 1 small freckle on the head of my penis and 2 on the shaft. I also have 9 freckles on my genitalia. Because they are freckles and the skin on it is soft and smooth. Is it Normal !!!!

It can be skin freckles, penile melanotic macule or genital warts. Warts are small painless growth on skin caused by Human Papilloma Virus. These can be light or dark. They are usually oval in growth and raised forming rough surface in the skin.
