Friction burn or STD

I recently had intercourse with a friend after she heard about my job loss. I wasn't prepared for an encounter and she offered me a condom which was too small.  During intercourse I could feel my penis tip rubbing against the inside of the condom. After 30 minutes of intense intercourse, it was evident that I couldn't ejaculate so we stopped and she finished me off by hand. The very next morning I woke up with an intense burning sensation when I urinate.  I also notice my uretha is more red than normal.  Can condoms cause friction burn? I
am waiting for urine culture test results to come back.
