Gynacomastia

I am 20yr male, height 5feet9inches and weight 72kgs, my problems is my NIPPELS are seem bigger than the normal male nipples, the other area of chest quite normal though, i do weight training so chest is kind of tonned but nipples r not in good shape, one more thing whenever they came in contact with something cold like water or sometimes after touching they become quite normal, isn't it weird? . During puberty(14-15) i faced this kind of problem(Fatty breasts), but after weight loss things were normal. I dont know is it gynacomastia or something else? plz help.

Not to minimize your concerns, but if this is your only problem, then you are doing well.  This situation with your nipples may change over time with your excercising, but right now, I would consider this normal for you.  You could do a variety of chest excercises such as bench presses, flys, and so on to work the area from different angles, but this may or may not help the nipples, as they are not really being worked.  As it is, this is a cosmetic issue and one you may have to accept for now.
