HELP please!!!!!!

I am 19 years old 5foot 7inches male who weigh around 75/76 kg.My BMI is 26 so according to BMI, I am overweight :( I've been trying to lose weight for about a year and nothing seems to be working for me. I eat very healthy food 4 times a day and exercise at least 2 hours a day (running, playing basketball and going to the gym). I'm not worried about the number of my weight because I know while exercising u can gain weight because u might gain muscle. however, the thing that I am concern about is the way I look. I have big belly and double chin which is making my self esteem very low. So, if anyone could suggest anyone, I would truly appreciate that. Also should I talk to the doctor or my local GP about this?

Swimming is a good all round exercise and the one most of us like for keeping our weight down, but its doing length after length, of both freestyle and breast stroke are good.
Look all these things will work, but you need to work with them, its so easy to put weight on but its so hard to lose it, as they say hard work is the best medicine.
And last keep of any beers and fizzy sugary drinks and the worst are these energy drinks.

Yeah, I don't eat eat any junk food at all. I eat lots of vegetables, fruits, meat and fish. I also did swimming for quite a while but it didn't work so I stopped.

Hi, BMI this also depends on your frame and bone structure, and you say a big belly, do I take that you eat no fast foods or junk foods, these 2 are killers, and just eat healthy.
Next time your at the gym, start doing lots of side bends, side twists, and sit ups, but you are on a long road as its the hardest place to lose weight, 2 of the best things you can do is walking and swimming, and try walking with a weighted back pack, start low and build it up to around 20 kilos, and as for your chin it should also slowly go.
Remeber its an all round thing losing weight.
Good Luck
