Harder to masturbate//hitting myself

I'm a male 19 years of age, and for the past year, when I masturbate I have found myself needing to press one hand right above my pelvis (few inches below belly button) to be able to experience a full masturbation.  I have had sex with different people, and I can't seem to orgasm no matter how long, unless i start 'pushing/proding' myself in that region. What is going on with me? As of recently (past 2 days) I have had a brown discharge which according to the web is blood. Could me hitting myself be causing this? I'm not someone that likes pain or anything like that, I don't know what is going on.

I'm noy sure what it is, but if you are having a brown discharge that generally means you are passing some blood and for that reason i would see a doctor.
