Having some yelllowish liquid coming from my anus.

Hi.
I am 23 male from Middle East,so Excuse me in advance for my bad English and for this long post.

One month ago i did a stupid thing out of curiosity and tried anal masturbation.I used a 4-5 inches sausage as a dildo and tried to push it to my prostate.
I felt a little pain in my butt after one hour and it continued until night.Following night i had fever and chill but it gone away by the morning.I had no sign of blood or any other things in my stool, only pain and it wasn't bad so i did this stupid thing again. This time i only used my finger slowly and tried not to cause more damage.after couple of hours my pain gotten worse.I goggled it and suspected that i have got anal fissure.I used hot water and the pain was gone but it got back when i was trying to have a bowl movement.(sating in hot water for 10 min was helping a lot).
after a few days the pain gotten so worse that i even couldn't sit or walk(even hot bath didn't help)but i still didn't have any blood or anything from my anus.
Two days later when i went to toilet,i passed some yellowish liquid from my anus. This continued for two days and with every drainage,i felt less pain than before. The next day one drop of blood came from my anus (the pain was like a knife in my anus)but it never happened again. One of my friends suggested that i take some Metronidazole 250 pill each day(4 time a day). Days continued,I only had bad feeling when i was having bowl movement(felling like something watery was near my sphincter which was going to pop) but no other pain.i finally decided to see a general surgery specialist. He checked me and said that i have intersphincteric anal abscess. He did a surgery on me and said to meet him next week(he told that i have to sit inside warm water two times a day and put gauze over the wound afterwards. He also gave me some Metronidazole pills and other Antibiotic).I was okay after surgery and small amount of pus were in my gauze every time i changed it.After one week I went to see the doctor and he said everything was fine and i don't need to take any more pills and walking and sitting in hot water is only thing that I need.
After two days(which was last week) I saw lots of yellowish liquid on my gauze which I suspected wasn't from my wound.I started monitoring my bowel movement and passing gas from my anus and find out that the liquid came from my anus.
This is continuing until today and I'm freaking out about this.I can't talk to anyone about the anal masturbation(It's considered a horrible thing in my country and its a 100% taboo) and I fear that I may have damaged something inside.

My current condition is fine.no bowl movement problem, just a little pain from my wound and i have to mention that sometimes I have night sweats but it's not a big deal.My only concern is that what is this yellowish liquid and why there is so much of it.
Thanks.

I'm not a doctor so please consult professional medical advice. In my uneducated opinion it sounds like you may have had a fissure that was infected with a fungus (possibly from the sausage). That may explain why the antibiotics didn't help.

Anal stimulation is perfectly normal and healthy, however you have to make sure you do it slowly and not go beyond what your body is telling you (lube is also important). You shouldn't be using anything other than things designed to go into the anus (as they usually have a stopper at the end to prevent things from getting lost). Also make sure to clean your sex toys as your anus is a sensitive area with its own micro-biotic environment.

All I can say is be seen by a doctor. Be honest about why you are in pain and have the yellowish liquid.  And never do that again.
