High estradiol


Hi

I'm male 22 years old
I had no facial hair and i was fine with that
And i have trouble with sleep then i went to gym to lose some weight after 3 months I noticed some growth in my facial hair then someone told me to check my hormones and i did.
This is the result

Prolactin 25 ng/ml (4.1-18.4)
Estradiol E2 56.72 pg/ml (11-44)
Blood glucose 98 mg/dl (70-126)

* my weight was 92 now 84.
* I had Gynecomastia but i did surgery to remove it.
* My doctor gave me something to block prolactin for a month but it didn't go well because i lost my morning wood so i quit in the third week .
* My question if I reduce e2 will my facial hair will growth?
* What do you recommend for my high e2 ?
* I'm sorry for my bad language because it's my second.
