firm lump near anus seems to be hardening

I am a 41 year old male, and within the past few days or so I have noticed a lump just beside my sphinctor, only to one side (the left) and a little towards the testicles (the front).  It doesn't really hurt but is getting bigger and is noticible when I sit down, wash or wipe. It is roughly the size of twenty cent piece, and it is bulbous, almost feels as though it was full of fluid at first but now seems to be solidifying. It feels like a muscle that is slowly 'setting' harder. It definately is growing, and quite quickly. Doesn't get any more sore though with the increased size. I am currently on a weight reduction pill called "Reductile" at the moment. Each capsule contains "15mg Sibutramine Hydrochloride". I have been on these for about 2 months. I have been on a diet since the 30th of March (117.7kg) to now (91.3kg as of the 14/7/2007). I eat very healthy foods, hardly any fats, alcohol, sugar or 'bad' foods.
