As you get older it will grow as the testosterone levels in your body gradually build up as will an increase in the breadth of your chest muscles etc.
Be patient.
Are you sure about that? That would seem right for a teenager or young man. But I've always read that after 30 the testosterone levels begin to steadily drop. I figured since I'm almost 32 years old that my levels had already peaked and that my natural beard growth had peaked as well. That's why I thought it may be possible to get help via other means.
Within the limits of genetics but for sometime to come you'll still have some changes. Of course if you inherited the gene for baldness that will start kicking in to.
honestly though this is not a silly question. What is your/race nationality? Is your background from sparsely bearded roots?
It's nice to see a non genital question in this forum. :)
I'm white from English/Welsh/Scottish stock. Honestly I have a pretty healthy beard. It's relatively full and thick for the most part, but I've always had some weak spots along my cheek-line and under my lower lip, and my mustache is what I would consider present, but very weak compared to my beard.
So that's why I've been tossing ideas in my head about how to solve those weak areas, thus the question on possible hormone prescription, natural remedy or even using Rogaine on my face. I may seriously give the Rogaine a shot after reading about how it works, but that's really a shot in the dark.
The men on both sides of my family can and have grown very nice full beards, but mine just lacks in those areas for some reason. I'm sure I'm also overly critical of my own beard. Maybe I should upload a picture of it to give everyone a reference to what I'm talking about.
But I do appreciate your advice and encouraging words. I do still kind of hope an endocrinologist may stop by and give an up or down on whether hormone treatment is a real option. But perhaps you're right and I still have more growth to come.
